Eligibility Criteria for Admission :
Candidates must be graduate with any Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduation (PG) by UGC recognized University or equivalent Qualification. The prescribed qualification examinations should be conducted by the University level only.
The candidates must obtained the minimum aggregate marks, with including the internal marks as under.
I. 50% of aggregate marks in Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduation (PG) by UGC recognized University or equivalent Qualification.
II. 45% of aggregate marks in Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduation (PG) by UGC recognized University or equivalent Qualification in respect of candidate belonging to SC/ST, Physically Handicapped and Cat-I candidates.
III. Candidates of other universities seeking admission to B.Ed. course should necessarily attach the Eligibility Certificate issued by Rani Channamma University, Belgavi. Otherwise their applications shall be rejected.
Admission Procedure
1. Management Quota 25 Students selection on merit basis.
2. Government Quota 25 Students selection on merit basis by the CAC, Bangalore.
Medium of instruction
The medium of instruction for both Theory and Internship in teaching shall be either English or Kannada.
Duration of the Programme
B.Ed. course is of Four-semesters/2 year duration.
Recognition & Affiliation of the College
• Our B.Ed College is Recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), New Delhi, Government of Karnataka & affiliated to Rani Chennamma University, Belgavi.
• Institution admits Karnataka and Non-Karnataka students, there are
limited seats meant for Non-Karnataka students.
• Bharatesh College of Education is of Co-Education System.
• The B.Ed. Course is of one year duration.
• Internship in teaching Training will be provided in Methods of Teaching.
